Hi, I’m Kristyn Cordova, MSN, FNP-BC, FNP-C, the founder of The IKANDY Method™. I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 12 years of nursing experience and 7 years of advanced practice as an FNP. My background spans family medicine, cardiology, aesthetics, and holistic wellness, allowing me to care for patients from a truly comprehensive perspective.

From the beginning of my career, I felt called to create something different in healthcare—something that blends the precision of science with the art of compassionate, individualized care.
